Engineering Intern for Intelligent Transportation Systems Position
Engineering Intern wanted for the planning, design and deployment of intelligent transportation systems.
We are seeking a motivated individual that is looking for the opportunity to gain knowledge and experience in planning, design, integration, testing, training, construction oversight and field trouble shooting. You will be applying these skills in one or more of the following areas: communication systems, traveler information systems, traffic detection systems and traffic surveillance systems.
SRF would consider part-time employment starting as soon as possible. Continuing part-time through the school year until full-time employment as an intern during the summer 2018.
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
Progressing toward a BS in an applicable field of engineering (civil, electrical, computer science, etc.)
Excellent written/verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Word and Excel
Knowledge of Microstation and/or AutoCAD are a plus
Must return to school to complete degree
