Develops and completes all planning documents such as master plans, studies, evaluations and reports for water supply and water quality and distribution projects.
Develops all capital improvement programs derived from master plan documents and other evaluation studies.
Prepares and completes preliminary and final designs for all capital and new business projects in water supply and water treatment and distribution.
Develops and maintains a working hydraulic model for all systems within the Region.
Prepares cost estimates and cost-benefit analyses for water supply and water treatment and distribution projects.
Coordinates planning and design work with outside consultants as required.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Works under general supervision.
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering required.
Two years of experience in related engineering work.
Effective written and verbal communications skills.
Registered as a Professional Civil Engineer in the State of California.
